The Vapid Dominator FX is a Compacts Car featured in GTA Online on PS4, Xbox One, PC, PS5 and Xbox Series X|S, which is still unreleased. It will be added to the game during the next weeks as part of the continuation of the 1.69 Bottom Dollar Bounties update.
How to get the Dominator FX in GTA Online:
The Dominator FX can be purchased in GTA Online from Southern S.A. Super Autos for a price of $1,550,000.
The Dominator FX can be stored in any of your Properties/Garages as a Personal Vehicle. It can be customized at Los Santos Customs. You can also modify it in a Vehicle Workshop inside one of your owned properties.
Once acquired, you can request the delivery of the Dominator FX from the Mechanic. However, the Dominator FX cannot be used in standard races.

The design of the Vapid Dominator FX is based on a real life Third generation Ford Mustang.
