Supply Lines... is an optional story mission in GTA San Andreas, given by Zero RC Shop and Zero.
It's the 45° GTA San Andreas mission in chronological order, and it takes place in San Fierro.
While this is an optional mission, it is still required for 100% completion of the game.
Carl destroys Berkleys courier planes.
Supply Lines...: Mission Objectives
- Destroy the couriers before they complete the deliveries.
- Line up RC Baron behind the courier.
- Fly back to Zero's roof.
Easiest Way to Complete Zero's Supply Lines Mission

Zero enlists Carl's help in taking down Berkley's delivery fleet. To do this, the player must pilot a miniature plane around San Fierro, dispose of five targets, and land back on the rooftop of Zero's shop before running out of fuel. That said, here is the easiest way to complete Zero's Supply Lines mission.
Controlling the Red Baron

The flight controls are clunky at best, adding an unnecessary layer of difficulty to an already painstakingly arduous mission. Ensure you're familiar with the controls before going after the targets scattered across San Fierro.
It is recommended that you complete flight school before tackling this mission, as you'll learn how to turn and bank aircraft more efficiently.
Watch Your Fuel

A fuel gauge appears at the top of the screen, which is essentially a timer. If the bar empties before you land the plane on the roof of Zero's shop, the mission fails, and you'll have to start from the beginning. The bar also depletes when you press the acceleration button or use the mounted weapon on the plane.
The secret to success is to glide rather than hold the accelerator down. You'll also need to be efficient with the gun attached to the plane, using as little ammunition as possible.
Remain Vigilant

Alongside being difficult to control, the RC Baron is also easy to destroy. As you maneuver around the city, it's important to keep your eye on your surroundings. It's very easy to crash into miscellaneous objects, and seemingly difficult to recover from such collisions. One bump too many will destroy your plane, forcing you to restart the mission.
You'll want to exercise caution when approaching the targets. A few of them will wield submachine guns and will attack when provoked. The best way to handle this is to land and line up behind them before spraying them with bullets.
Be Methodical

Be sure to take caution when planning which targets to attack first! The obvious approach would be to move clockwise, taking the closest enemies first. The best approach is to move counterclockwise and destroy the ones farthest away first, before those closest to Zero's RC shop.
As soon as you take control of the small plane, take a sharp right and take out the first enemy you come across before continuing in a wide circle. The enemies that spawn farthest away also have the longest routes, and you'll find yourself having to pilot to the outskirts of San Fierro, wasting precious time and fuel if you go for those closest to you first.
Those that spawn closest to the shop won't move too far away from it right away, giving you an open window to move for those further away first.
Land on the Rooftop

As soon as the last enemy is destroyed, you'll be tasked with flying the plane back to Zero's RC Shop. Following the guide thus far should give you just enough fuel to land safely on the roof. Though you're on the home stretch, you're far from guaranteed success. Achieving this objective is quite possibly the most frustrating part of the mission.
If one fails to exercise caution, there's a risk of running out of fuel upon reaching the roof, resulting in mission failure and having to do it all over. Be sure to accelerate only when necessary, opting to glide instead. Landing on the roof before the fuel gauge empties completes the mission, bringing an end to one of the most frustrating missions in the game!
