The International Affairs Agency (IAA) is a highly corrupt intelligence agency in the universe of Grand Theft Auto.
The IAA, having the United Liberty Paper as a front, blackmailed Niko Bellic into doing so-called "country-protecting" work. As a reward, they smuggle Darko Brevic, who Niko has been looking for, into America.
This Law Enforcement Agency also appears in Grand Theft Auto V, GTA San Andreas and GTA 3.
