GTA Chinatown Wars 100% Completion Checklist
GTA Chinatown Wars: Complete all Story Missions
The first task to achieve 100% completion of the game is to complete the story mode. This involves completing all mandatory story missions (from Yu Jian to Salt in the Wound).
Notes:
- In the PSP version of the game, there are 5 more missions that must be finished for 100% completion of the game.
- The two post-storyline missions - Deadly Xin and Xin of the Father - are NOT required for 100% completion of the game.

GTA Chinatown Wars: Side Missions
In GTA Chinatown Wars, the player can take part in side missions alongside the story missions. The player may have random encounters. and can do several tasks, such as the Vehicle Missions, Races or other Activities. All of the activities listed below are required for 100% completion of the game.

NB: For the activities that award medals, the player must only gain a Bronze Medal. The Gold Medal is not a requirement for 100% completion of GTA Chinatown Wars.
Complete all Random Character's Encounters
There are 8 random characters that can be encountered in GTA Chinatown Wars. Their presence is indicated by a small blue icon on the map when close to the player, and approaching them triggers one or multiple side missions.
All of the Random Encounters must be done for 100% completion of GTA Chinatown Wars. Click on the character's names to be taken to their completion guide, where you can find details about where to find them and how to complete their random encounters.
- Alonso (1 mission)
- Cherie (1 mission)
- Giorgio (2 missions)
- Guy (1 mission)
- Marcy (2 missions)
- Selma (2 missions)
- Tommy (2 missions)
- Wilhelm (3 missions)
Completing all of these random encounters will award the player with money, an Infernus, and most notably, with a new safehouse.
Meet all 80 Drug Dealers
Drug Dealing is a major side activity present in Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars.
The protagonist can earn money and make big profits by acquiring drugs at a low price or stealing them from rival gangs, and then reselling them at a higher price in different parts of the town.
There are a total of 80 Drug Dealers to meet. Finding all Drug Dealers across Broker, Dukes, Bohan and Algonquin is required for 100% completion of the game.
Acquire all 21 Safehouses
There is a total of 21 safehouses to acquire in GTA Chinatown Wars. Owning them all is required for 100% completion of the game:
- 5 safehouses are unlocked automatically through the story
- 1 safehouse is unlocked after completing Wilhelm's third random encounter.
- 1 safehouse can be unlocked by winning it on an "I'm Rich" scratch card
- The other 14 safehouses can be purchased. To buy them all, it will cost you $134,000 in total.
Obtain all 8 Safehouse Trophies
Specific requirements award the player with trophies, which are displayed in your safehouses in GTA Chinatown Wars.
There are 8 trophies that the player must earn for 100% completion of the game - most of these are tied to Drug Dealing, and two of them are achieved by completing the two objectives above (all drug dealers and all safehouses).
- The Jeweled Bong - Deal 30 packages of Weed and Downers
- Diamond Pill Box - Deal 30 packages of Acid and Ecstasy
- Platinum Syringe - Deal 30 packages of Coke and Heroin
- Silver Safe - Get a $2000 profit in a single Drug Deal
- Wooden Spoon - Lose $500 in a single Drug Deal
- Golden Binoculars - Find 40 Drug Dealers
- Titanium Briefcase - Find all 80 Drug Dealers
- Jeweled Key to the City - Own all 21 safehouses in Liberty City
Complete all 8 Vehicle Sub-Missions
Getting a Bronze Medal in all the following Vehicle Missions is required for 100% completion in GTA Chinatown Wars. The Bronze Medal requisites are listed below:
- Vigilante - Complete 5 waves with 60% kill rate
- Paramedic - Complete 5 waves with 50% save rate
- Firefighter - Extinguish 3 fires
- Taxi Driver - Complete 5 fares in a row
- Noodle Run (Algonquin) - Deliver 8 packages
- Noodle Run (Dukes) - Deliver 8 packages
- Excess Delivery (Alpha Mail) - Deliver 3 packages
- Excess Delivery (Liberty State) - Deliver 3 packages
Complete all 8 Street Races
In GTA Chinatown Wars, the player can compete in street races by bringing a sports car to one of three locations in Liberty City: the Hi-Way Tie Tourney (Beechwood City, Dukes), the S&M Grand Slam (Chase Point, Bohan), and the Transfender Invitational (Westminster, Algonquin).
In total, there are 8 races where the player competes against 3 opponents. Completing each race in at least third place is required for 100% completion of the game.

Complete all Time Trials
There are two types of Time Trial challenges in GTA Chinatown Wars: Circuit Time Trials and Sprint Time Trials. In both cases, Huang has to pass through checkpoints within a time limit to win a cash prize.
Earning at least a bronze medal in all 26 time trials (30 on PSP) is required for 100% completion of the game.

Complete all 5 Misc. Challenges
Getting a Bronze Medal in all the following Challenges is required for 100% completion in GTA Chinatown Wars. The Bronze Medal requisites are listed below:
- HoboTron - Complete 1 wave
- Fast Tracks - Complete in under 45 seconds
- Tattoo Parlor - Complete 10 tattoos in a row
- Liberty City Gun Club - Earn 5000 points with all 5 weapons
- Riding Shotgun - Earn 400 points in all 5 (8 on PSP) missions
GTA Chinatown Wars: Collectibles
In Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars, there are several tasks that the player can do while playing in freemode - They can find and complete Unique Stunt Jumps, destroy Security cameras, or look for the special, hidden Lions of Fo. Additionally, achieving special requirements awards trophies. All of theses, listed below, must be collected for 100% completion of the game.

Collect the 2 Lions of Fo Statues
In Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars, the player can find and collect 2 Lions of Fo, statues representing Chinese guardian lions. The lions will be placed in two random locations out of 20 possible locations, but will only be available after completing the mission Salt in the Wound.

Complete all Rampages
In Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars, the player can access several Rampage missions by finding the rampage markers throughout the map
Complete all 30 (35 on PSP) Rampages with at least a Bronze medal.
Complete all 30 Unique Stunt Jumps
In Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars, the player can find destructible billboards scattered throughout Liberty City, which must be destroyed by completing Unique Stunt Jumps. These stunt jumps must be done for 100% completion of the game.

Destroy all 100 Security Cameras
In Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars, the player may find Security Cameras throughout Liberty City. These cameras are destructible, and can usually be blown up using Grenades or Molotov Cocktails.

GTA Chinatown Wars: 100% Completion Rewards
Compared to other GTA games, achieving 100% completion does not reward the player in any way, and merely shows a "congratulations" message.

GTA Chinatown Wars: Tasks Not Required for 100%
Various tasks are not required for 100% completion of the game. Some will earn the player extra rewards, but do not award progress towards 100%. These tasks are:
- Completing Deadly Xin and Xin of the Father
- Getting a Gold Medal in all story missions.
- Getting Gold medal in all the side missions and activities. Still, Gold medals for these activities give special rewards:
- Vigilante - Double Armor
- Firefighter - Fire Immunity
- Paramedic - Infinite Sprint
- Taxi Driver - Bulletproof Cabbies
- Noodle Run - Increased Health Regeneration
- Excess Delivery - Drug Holdall size increase
- LC Gun Club - Permanent 25% discount
- Complete a Warehouse Raid
- Hijack an Ammu-Nation truck
- Hijack a Drug Dealer van
- Win all the different Scratch Cards
- Find all accessible Scratch Card Stores.
