GTA "Liberty City Stories": Safehouses & Assets Guide

List of Safehouses in GTA Liberty City Stories:
GTA Liberty City Stories features 3 safehouses / hideouts, one in each of the islands of Liberty City (Portland, Staunton Island, and Shoreside Vale), which are unlocked automatically, for free, as you progress through the story.
Safe houses in GTA Liberty City Stories allow you to save progress, change clothes, and store cars inside the garages. In addition, weapons unlocked by collecting hidden packages will spawn at all safehouses / hideouts.

Assets are profitable Businesses that you can obtain in GTA Liberty City Stories.
There are 4 asset properties available in the game, and they do not require money to be purchased: they are unlocked automatically (for free) after completing the respective Asset Missions.
Once the related mission requirements of an Asset are fulfilled, the business will generate daily income, along with other benefits.
