Note: The first safehouse (The Barracks) becomes unavailable after the mission "Conduct Unbecoming".

GTA Vice City Stories: Empire Building

In GTA Vice City Stories, the player may also own and develop illicit businesses with the Empire Building feature.

There are 30 possible empire sites that can be acquired.

All businesses obtained through the Empire Building feature also act as safehouses, as they offer save points.
